We are located in Little Chico Creek Canyon between Chico and Forest Ranch.
To get here you must go about 10 miles east of highway 99 from Chico on Highway 32.
There is a passing lane about a thousand feet before the right turn onto Crown Point Road.
Crown Point Road is paved for a few hundred feet,
then it drops off into the canyon on a gravel road to your right.
If you get to a steel gate turn, around and go back a hundred feet and this time make a left.
The gravel road is not as steep as it appears and is totally passable year-round, despite the weather.
You will go one mile to Blackberry Road where you will take a left.
Go another mile up Blackberry, following the most traveled route, avoid driveways.
PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY!
We are near the end of the road on the right at 14629 Blackberry.
There is a cul-de-sac up the hill to the left if you need a place to turn around or park.
You can park along the edge of the road but please don't block it (watch out for ditches, rocks, and poison oak).
A flashlight will come in handy on your way back to your car.
