Wildwoman Adventures is an adventure club for women of all ages and athletic abilities. It is a chance for us to get together and challenge ourselves in a natural setting. January 3 - January 6, 2009 The Wildwomen went to Tahoe and skied at Heavenly. We skied downhill for several days and had a lovely cross country tour of Hope Valley one day.

February 16 - February 21, 2009 SOLVANG BIKE TOUR - We rode the beautiful foothills and coastline of Santa Barbara county for three days. We toured the wine country seen in the movie, "Sideways". Friday, we witnessed the 6th stage of the Amgen Tour. Levi Leipheimer, Lance Armstrong and many other great cyclists competed in an individual time trial.We had one of the most amazing tours in wildwoman history. We will definitely be going back again next year.

July, 2009 WILDerness MINDfulness - Wildwoman Adventures guided a backpacking trip to the 5 Lakes Basin near Nevada City for approximately 5 miles of hiking into a camping destination. Terrain was mostly flat with some mild to moderate incline.
Beautiful area especially early in the season; creeks, waterfalls, granite, wildflowers, views.

| September 12/13th - Bike Big Blue! Join us for this biannual bike around the lake in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Weve reserved a 3 bedroom condo (sleeps 8) at South Shore. Sign up at the Big Blue website for the ride, and RSVP for your space in the condo. $25/person/lodging. One night only. We'll hang out on the beach on Saturday, stay the night in the condo, and make and share a meal and each others company. This trip is co-ed, so bring your wildman.
